Tony Fulton (born September 29, 1972) is a member of the Nebraska Legislature from Lincoln, Nebraska.

Born in Auburn, Nebraska, he graduated from Auburn Senior High School in 1990. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1997.

He was appointed to the Nebraska Legislature on January 3, 2007 by Governor Dave Heineman to replace Mike Foley, who was elected as State Auditor. He won election convincingly in 2008. He serves Nebraska's 29th legislative district. He ran for State Treasurer in 2010, but came in second in the Republican primary to former State Attorney General Don Stenberg.

Fulton is of Asian descent. His father is American, and his mother is from the Philippines.
